Trailers - In time

 - Trailer starts with production image stating the appropriate audiences. Also shows production companies such as 20th Century fox.
- The trailers then shows us a title which tells us what the story is about, 'In the near future' and then we see numbers rising which suggests the progression of time.
- We then see these numbers on various peoples arms and also a baby which suggests both are related.
- We see another title in the same style as the other which says 'You dont age past 25'
- We then see a man introducing his mother in law, wife and daughter who all look the same age. This confirms what the title says about not ageing past 25.
- We see another title 'Life is paid out a minute at a time' and then see the main character collecting his time from the work his done.
- 'The rich live forever' 'The poor die young' are also titles which suggests what the story is about.
- After 'The rich live forever' title we then see people dressed in fancy clothes which suggests they are the rich people.
- The fast paced music stops playing as we see 'The poor die young' title which conotes that he is poor.
- We then see the main character again after 'The poor die young' title, this informs us that the main character is poor. The first thing we see is a dead body with '00:00:0:00:00:00' on his arm which informs us of what happens when you run out of time. The main character says 'For once Id like to have more time on my hands than hours in the day' which suggests every day is a battle for survival.
- Music then starts in the background which suggests that this is a key moment in his life as the soundtrack has a mysterious, exciting feel to it.
- We then see a rich guy stating that he is 105 years old and has over a century on his 'clock' and is telling the main character that 'the day comes when youve had enough', it then shows the rich man giving the main character all his time. We then see the guy that donated all his time to the main character die.
- We see cameras monitoring the main character which suggests to us that he is being watched and is about to be framed for a killing as we also see people in black clothing looking at his profile on a computer.
- We then get introduced to a new character who is wearing a black coat, this suggests that he is the 'villain' in this film.
- The scenes where he is poor or involves poor people is dark which can signify death and darkness. The scenes that involves the rich people and also when he is being given the time is much brighter which gives a much more 'happy' feel to it, suggesting that the rich are happy.
- A man tells the main character that the time will get him killed, the main character says goodbye to his mom suggesting that he is faced with a problem.
- We then see the characters that are in dark clothes, which suggests they are villains, confront the main character. The music then stops which suggests the situation has changed.
- We see fast action shots of fighting between the main characters and villains whilst the main character is at a house full of rich people.
- The main character then escapes from the villains with another character, a girl. The music then changes and the lyrics are 'This is my destiny' which you can relate to the character as its telling us that its his destiny to have that much time (live).
- We then see the two characters spending alot of time together and clips of whats happening, this tells us what the story is about as the two characters are doing a crime, taking time and giving it away.
